1. Our Commitment to Payment Security

MVS Cloud Inc. ("MVS," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your payment information. Every payment made to MVS for MVS Health subscriptions and services is processed through a secure, encrypted checkout flow that meets industry security standards.

2. Encryption (SSL/TLS)

All pages on this website, and all payment transactions, are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or later, commonly referred to as SSL). Encryption ensures that information you submit — including cardholder data — cannot be read or intercepted by third parties while in transit. You can verify a secure connection by checking that the address in your browser begins with https:// and that a padlock icon appears in the address bar.

3. PCI DSS–Compliant Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through our payment processing partner, a payment gateway certified compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  • Card details are captured through hosted payment fields and transmitted directly to the payment gateway using secure, tokenized methods.
  • MVS does not store full credit or debit card numbers, CVV/security codes, or other sensitive authentication data on its servers. We retain only the limited information needed to manage your subscription, such as the card brand, last four digits, and expiration date.

4. Patient Payments Through MVS Health

This page describes payments made to MVS for MVS Health subscriptions and services. Payments made by patients to healthcare practices through the MVS Health platform are a separate service, also processed through our PCI DSS–compliant payment processing partner under our Payment Processing Terms of Service, with the same standards for encryption, tokenization, and cardholder data protection.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as ACH bank transfers for contracted accounts. All charges are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

6. Billing Descriptor

Charges from MVS appear on your card or bank statement with a descriptor referencing "MVS Cloud." If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it with your bank — most questions are resolved within a few business days.

7. Fraud Prevention

Transactions are screened using industry-standard fraud prevention tools, including address verification (AVS) and card security code (CVV) checks. We may contact you to verify a transaction before processing it.
